Millennial Media, founded in 2013 by Mica Charity Olinghouse, is an editorial and creative agency dedicated to helping ministries communicate the message of faith to the next generation. Built on a four-tiered platform, Millennial Media focuses on Book & Print Media Production, Brand Development, Content Marketing, and Business Support. Through the help of its Extended Network of Professionals (ENPs), Millennial Media provides ministries, established writers, church plants, and small Christian business startups with excellent print and multimedia niche services including book editing, copywriting, logo design, website design, social media content development, and email marketing.

Growing up a missionary's kid, Mica's teen years were shaped by global experiences, church planting, and cross-cultural living. She graduated from Oral Roberts University and obtained her B.S. in Mass Media Communications / Journalism in 2003. Two years later, she graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in Pastoral Ministry. In 2013, Mica expanded her full-time freelance editorial business and formed Millennial Media, where she now functions as senior writer/editor and lead creative.
Mica currently bases her business in Tulsa but often travels with her husband Jeff, who works as an independent travel consultant for a prominent national agency. Both Mica and Jeff are licensed ministers with ARMADA Ministerial Association and are founders of New Life Metro Ministries International, a discipleship and church-planting ministry. Mica is also the co-founder of two e-commerce businesses, Embark Travel Store and Culture of Industry.
